Activity Logs
The Activity Logs module provides a complete audit trail of actions performed within the system.
This ensures:
- Accountability
- Transparency
- Security monitoring
- Operational traceability
Every major action performed by users or admins is recorded.
Activity Logs Overview
The Activity Logs Page displays system-wide activity entries.
Each log entry includes:
- Activity Type – Type of action performed
- Details – Description of the action
- User – Name of the user who performed the action
- Role – User role (Tenant Admin, Employee, etc.)
- Date / Time – Timestamp of activity
Logs are displayed in chronological order.
Types of Activities Logged
Examples of logged activities include:
- Device created
- Device edited
- Device moved between locations
- Locker created or updated
- Maintenance request initiated
- Pickup request completed
- Drop-off request completed
- Store created or edited
- Device type created or modified
This ensures that all critical system changes are recorded.
Purpose of Activity Logs
The Activity Logs module helps the Tenant Admin:
- Track who performed specific actions
- Review historical changes
- Audit device movement
- Investigate discrepancies
- Maintain compliance and accountability
In case of disputes or device mismatches, activity logs provide reliable reference data.
