My Requests

The My Requests page provides employees with a complete view of all pickup and drop-off requests they have created. Requests are displayed as individual cards, allowing employees to quickly track request progress, view device and locker details, and access the request summary.

This page ensures full transparency and traceability for every locker interaction.

Page Overview

The My Requests page includes:

  • Filter to narrow requests by status
  • Request cards arranged in a clear, grid-based layout
  • A View Details action for each request

Each card represents a single pickup or drop-off request.

Each request card displays the following information:

The Request Summary page displays:

  • Complete request information
  • QR code
  • Locker and device validation details
  • Option to cancel a request

This page is read-only and serves as a reference and execution point.

Real-Time Updates

  • Request cards update automatically as the request progresses.

  • All requests remain visible for audit purposes.

Best Practices

  • Always verify request details before scanning the QR code.
  • Use the View Details page for accurate execution.
  • Cancel unused requests to avoid locker conflicts.
  • Contact an administrator if a request remains in Processing for an extended period.
