Admins

The Admins module allows the Super Admin to manage administrative users who assist in operating and monitoring the system. Admins act as delegated operators with defined access, helping distribute responsibilities while maintaining centralized control.

Admin management is exclusively handled by the Super Admin.

Purpose of Admin Management

Admin management exists to:

  • Delegate operational responsibilities
  • Reduce dependency on a single Super Admin
  • Maintain controlled system access
  • Ensure accountability through identifiable admin users

Each admin operates under permissions defined by the platform while remaining accountable to the Super Admin.

Admins List – Concept

The Admins List provides an overview of all admin users in the system.

Each admin record displays:

  • Name
  • Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Actions

This list enables the Super Admin to quickly monitor and manage administrative users.

Admin Creation

Creating an admin involves defining both identity and access credentials.

Admin Details

Admin creation requires the following information:

  • Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Email ID
  • Password
  • Confirm Password

Once confirmed, changes are immediately reflected in the system.

Admin Details

Each admin has a dedicated Admin Details view.

This view provides:

  • Personal information
  • Contact details

The Admin Details page serves as a single source of truth for admin-related information.

Editing Admin Details

Admin details can be updated when required.

Editable fields include:

  • Name

  • Mobile Number

  • Email ID

Once confirmed, changes are immediately reflected in the system.

Admin Governance and Control

Admin accounts follow strict governance rules:

  • Each admin has a unique Admin Code
  • Duplicate email IDs are not allowed
  • Admin access is traceable and auditable
  • Super Admin retains full control over admin accounts

Admins cannot create or modify other admins unless explicitly permitted.

Best Practices

  • Create admins only when necessary
  • Use unique and identifiable Admin Codes
  • Regularly review admin contact details
  • Remove or update inactive admins promptly
